OpenJDK 17 runtime image on UBI8

Even though there is a fix for CVE-2022-21449 in java-17-openjdk (according to https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2022-21449). The container image still has a Health Index of A (the image still uses the unpatched version).

Should the missing patch make it B? How fast does Red Hat usually update the images?
