Move virtual disk between guests using REST-API

Provided  that  a guest is down  .Can you adsvise on  REST- API command to move   second  disk  from  one guest to another .

Browsing api  urls I do not  see  there any actions  likein the case with a guests ( move, start,migrate etc.)
