How To Determine When Server Became Fully Entitled

I have been monitoring a new RHEL server which was subscribed and registered to Satellite and it had shown partially entitled for two weeks, and now shows fully entitled. I am working on SharePoint procedures and researching. How can I research when a server became fully Entitled on Satellite 6.6? I looked in the Satellite logs that I could find but see no mention of this server going going from subscription partial to full entitlement
