Merge Red Hat MRG into the base server product

As primarily a developer of embedded mission systems, real-time (or nearly so) performance is important.  We would benefit greatly if the RT kernel was integrated into the base product (and the tools too).

I want my GFS2 cluster, KVM, and deterministic sub millisecond response times too!
