Why are we no longer receving subscription renewal notifications?

Dear Justin ,

 

Why are we no longer receving 90-day and 45-day subscription renewal notifications.

I had a subscription due for renewal in Feb and another one due 14/4/2011 , I haven't

received a renewal warning yet.

Is this related to the changes in Nov' 2010.

Anybody else noticed this.

You should definitely be getting some sort of proactive notification from Red Hat about your subscription renewals. Perhaps it's a setting in RHN that can be adjusted. I'd recommend calling the Customer Service folks at 1-888-REDHAT-1, option 5 and they should be able to help you figure out why you aren't recieving them.

I'm in Dublin , Ireland . I contacted customer support by e-mail about 6 weeks ago but they are still

thinking about it.

You should be receiving email notifications for all your renewals - I'll reach out to you off-line so we may investigate your account further for possible reasons this may have been disrupted.
