Sharutils - Redhat 8 - s390 - where is uudecode command ?

I would like to know in which repository is the sharutils package for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.2 (Ootpa) in s390 Architecture.

Or failing that, where can I find the uuencode and uudecode commands on s390 architecture ?
