modcluster fails to send INFO command to /10.10.10.10:6666: connect timed out

I am trying to resolve this issue to no avail! I would appreciate if someone could kindly help me get this sorted out!

I am getting the error below when I start the jboss server (EAP 7.4).

Error message:
13:35:52,145 ERROR [org.jboss.modcluster] (UndertowEventHandlerAdapterService - 1) MODCLUSTER000043: Failed to send INFO command to /10.10.10.10:6666: connect timed out
13:36:32,173 ERROR [org.jboss.modcluster] (UndertowEventHandlerAdapterService - 1) MODCLUSTER000043: Failed to send INFO command to /11.11.11.11:6666: connect timed out
