GVIM warnings

Hi,

Getting below warning in gvim.

(gvim:4047411): dconf-WARNING **: 05:42:08.366: failed to commit changes to dconf: Could not connect: Connection refused

(gvim:4047411): dconf-WARNING **: 05:42:08.635: failed to commit changes to dconf: Could not connect: Connection refused

(gvim:4047411): dconf-WARNING **: 05:42:09.631: failed to commit changes to dconf: Could not connect: Connection refused

In another server while opening emacs,

(emacs:1950054): dconf-CRITICAL **: 11:58:38.055: unable to create directory '/run/user/1409/dconf': Permission denied.  dconf will not work properly.

(emacs:1950054): dconf-CRITICAL **: 11:58:38.056: unable to create directory '/run/user/1409/dconf': Permission denied.  dconf will not work properly.

Could you please advise how to solved the issues.
