Adding Compute node RHOSP16.1

Hi Experts,

We are finding the info for adding more compute nodes to existing RHOSP 16.1 cluster with OVN.
My understanding is that we will have to re-run "openstack overcloud deploy", so there will be config update of existing servers from existing cluster.

May I know it will required to plan for downtime or maintenance windows? There is no info from official document.

Or can we add more compute nodes without having any impact to existing RHOSP cluster functionalities (including Horizon, API, etc) and existing instances/VMs?
