Print Servers for Serial (RS-232) printers

I am working on a project to migrate an application from OpenVMS to RHEL, and this particular customer has lots of old printers that connect via RS-232 serial ports to "terminal server" devices out on the network.

These terminal servers have to go away (they won't work without the VMS system) so I am looking for a way to connect these physically distant printers and have RHEL be able to see and print to them.

I believe I need some kind of "print server" device to bridge between IP and RS-232, and I see lots of such devices on Amazon, but I'm wondering whether anyone has experience doing this and can recommend specific products that work well with RHEL.
