RHEL6 container repos

I'm working in a RHEL6-init container to setup some old services that aren't likely to be updated anytime soon. Outside of the program files themselves I need some rhel6 packages, but there's no repos to pull from that I can see. The subscription-manager in the container does nothing...literally nothing. It's like it just exits immediately no matter what options are passed (or none at all). Where can I find repos to get some of the old rhel6 packages from?
