KVM PCI passthrough Rhel workstation 8

Hi All

I have followed the instructions outlined in the documentation for setting up GPU passthrough of a secondary Nvidia GPU under KVM. this appears to be working ok on the windows vm however i am faced with a kernal panic when shutting the VM down.

I am not sure what is causing this as i have followed the documentation.
