Metrics API not avaiable& Console issue

I have setup the CRC in my RHEL8 environment.
However i have been facing few challenges
1) Openshift cluster always unstable as disconnect automatically .
2) I cannot open the openshift console as it always application not available and all of sudden its open once and again it will go back to same error page
3) When i execute the "OC adm top node" command it show error as metrics API not available , Do i need to install as separate package ?

I Cannot find much documentation for CRC , appreciate if some can help
