RHEL 7.7 application run on latest RHEL OS version

Hi,

We have developed some application on RHEL 7.7 and it is working as needed in RHEL 7.7 environment.
As per customer need we need to update RHEL 7.7 to RHEL 8.X ( latest version).
Can i know application developed on RHEL 7.7 will directly and seamlessly install on RHEL 8.x without application modification
