crackling/popping noises

Right before listenning to any audio source (mp4, youtube, facebook videos, notification sounds, etc) I always hear a popping/crackling sound. Sometimes, it makes the popping/crackling sound randomly, especially while browsing the web. I'm pretty sure there is a "cure" for this, because it doesn't do any of that with my fedora bootable usb.

I output my sound through hdmi, plugged on my monitor. The monitor is used by 2 pcs: A RHEL machine (via hdmi) and a Windows Gaming PC (via displayport). I have plugged my speakers (logitech z333) on the monitor and I switch the display and sound between the 2 pcs using the monitor's settings menu.

I've heard about some "power saving function" that might cause this issue, but it was for other distros..

The computer is VERY usable and this is just a minor issue.. but it would mean a lot to me if someone has an answer! Thanks!
