Does Red Hat provide php-mssql for RHEL 8?

I need to connect to an MS-SQL instance from my RHEL 8 server. On my RHEL 7 machines I was able to install php-mssql, however I'm not finding that package in RHEL or Epel repositories.

[user@box ~]# yum whatprovides mssql

Will php-mssql be available for RHEL 8 in the near future?
