Red Hat Delivery Specialist - Container Platform Application Deployment (OCP 4) accreditation

I'm currently following this accreditation but stuck in the labs to connect by ssh to the deployed student VM.
My client is a MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1
when I type
ssh isabelle.murard-fr.ibm.com@studentvm.x4dts.example.opentlc.com

I'm getting the following message

Then when I enter the provided password I always get Permission denied.
Therefore I can't progress on my accreditation, can anyone help?
I don't know how to solve this issue.
