Openstack CLI access issue - RHOSP13

I have deployed TripleO with 2 compute 1x controller using RHOSP13.

I can access the Horizon of my TripleO from remote but when I try to access the CLI using the OpenStack client I could not. It gives me the URL error.

I can share the possible information that you need to review.

I am looking for the Help. Thanks in Advance..
