We are running pacemaker to monitor oracle database resources.

Getting error:
(ocf::heartbeat:oralsnr): Stopped

On running pcs status:
listener_effect_start_0 on depldb1 'not installed' (5): call=142, status=complete, exitreason='lsnrctl: required binary not installed'

effect is database sid.

How to start it ?
