openscap-engine-sce

Hello Red Hat community.

I am working on learning to develop bash or python content for OpenSCAP and there is a tool for this purpose.

I installed the openscap-engine-sce successfully, but cannot find any manual or documentation to use it (no "man anything"). Can anyone point me some documentation?
