Under cloud deployment failed

Hi, I am trying to deploy RHOSP 16.0. Whenever I tried to install undercloud using the command "OpenStack undercloud install". it gives me the deployment failed error showing in the screenshot.

I have following the below-mentioned link to deploy Tripl0.

I have checked the log file but could not find any error there.
