Cannot attach a developer subscription to a VM

Hi

My account contains a Red Hat Developer Subscription, which has about 1 year until expires. My understanding is that I can use this to trial red hat linux, especially useful as I am a developer exploring new solutions for our stack.

I have installed Red Hat 8 as a VM guest on my linux host. However I cannot attach this to the Developer Subscription.

So, any idea why I cannot do this? My guess that is VM's cannot be registered against a developer subscription.
