Subscription Query

if customers chooses HA, do they need to subscribe to RH00004 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Standard (Physical or Virtual Nodes) or RH00003 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Premium (Physical or Virtual Nodes) separately or server license includes with RH00025 High Availability separately or vice versa ?
