HELP!! ran dhclient -r and restarted network, now no network connection

I ran dhclient -r thinking that would stop dhcp and then I ran systemctl restart network on my RHEL 7.9 server. Well now network won't restart tells me the interfaces are mismatched and /etc/resolv.conf is being generated by /usr/sbin/dhclient-script. I feel like I have tried everything and the network will not restart.

Any suggestions?
