Gnome OSK cut off in landscape orientation

I'm working on a custom build for a touchscreen device that works in landscape orientation. I have the on-screen keyboard enabled and functioning, but the lower row (spacebar and numbers button) are cut off and unusable. Is there a gsetting to modify that can fix this?
