Migrate RHEL 8 to Subscription Purchase

I'm currently running RHEL 8.2 evaluation version, I just purchased RHEL Developer which includes the Developers Toolset.

How or can I migrate my evaluation version of RHEL to an Active Subscription?
How can I install the Developer's Toolset once I completed the migration to an Active Subscription if I'm able to perform a successful migration from the evaluation version to a subscription?
