Only beta downloads available

I'm trying to understand why I can only download beta versions of Red Had from the download sections. I've found some older discussions were folks have placed links in the discussion to the non beta versions of the OS, but when I browse to the customer portal > downloads > Purple Red Had Enterprise Linux Box > Blue Download Software button all that is available are beta versions. Why is that?
