Configuring network for Openstack

Hi
I'm currently installing openstack services but there's a problem about the ip configuration. I set the same ipv4 address for SQL database and etcd as it's automatically set by DHCP but when I added a create a new VM in VMware, the ip address changed and I had to configure it again.
Is there anyway that I can set a static IP with Internet connectivity for these VMs so I won't have to reconfigure it everytimes I create new VM?
