Jboss throwing error UnsupportedCharsetException and user get logged out from the UI

Hello Everyone.

Currently we're running 3 jboss in standalone mode and having and HA proxy as our load balancer. And we're facing a problem with jboss eap 7.1 which throwing and error "UnsupportedCharsetException error" then it lead to auto logout problem with the UI. I would like to seek for you help on how can I find the root cause or enable which debug log to trace this problem.
