Tower 3.5.3 - Jobs page always in state working....

Dear Community

We have three Ansible Towers up and running on RHEL7.7. Each server has 16GB of memory and 4 vCPUs.

But on the main page where the jobs are listed in browser, there is always the gear icon showing up with the message "working". So I am unable to click on a job to get the details, the page "looks" always busy.

What can I do so I can get access to the details of a job? Is there a possibility to stop the refresh action? I have seen on the server, only 2GB of memory is used.

Any ideas are very welcome.
