How to install RHEL 7 with Full encryption dracut-fip / LUKS

Is there a way to install RHEL 7 with Full encryption using dracut-fip/LUKS encryption? I am hoping to have full encryption setup at the time of the initial install and not have to run into issues of turning on full encryption after the RHEL 7 install.
