How to install Fluentd plugins in Cluster logging

The default setting of Cluster logging is not handleing java exception correctly - every line in the java exception is collected as a standalone message.
I would like to use fluent-plugin-detect-exceptions plugin but it is not installed by default.
How can I add it to the fluentd image?
