Accessing JBossEAP patches with a developer account.

Is it possible to access JBoss EAP patches with a developer account. I can download EAP 7.1.0 for testing purposes, but don't seem to be able to access 7.1.6.

We primarily develop on Wildfly, but direct customers to use EAP if they need commercial support. We've had reports that an update we have made has caused an issue with EAP 7.1.6. I can see from the logs that it is a code problem on our side - but it was not caught with EAP 7.1.0 testing.

What is the process for getting access to patch releases purely for development/testing ?
