JBPM 6.4 to 7.2 ¿update or migration?

Hello friends,

I have a doubts about JBPM upgrade. Actually it's run on 6.4 but in my organization wants update to 7.2 latest version. I'm newbie with the product and my doubts are...
is upgrade or migration type? And, where can i found information about this process?

When I tried to read information about 7.2 version, the web page reload and redirects to Red Hat Process Automation Manager 7.5... Is it same product?
