Installation fails at TASK [config_dynamic : Set database to internal or external]

Not sure what is causing this to fail at this point. I am doing this from the RedHat OTLC-LAB Ansible-Tower Implementation 3.3.
I have updated the inventory file with the passwords, but everytime I run the setup.sh it fails at the same point.

Has anyone else had this issue?
