Multiple Network Cards

We have multiple network cards on servers we are kickstarting of satellite 6.4 , the first nic gets setup fine, but the 2nd. 3rd and 4th nics gets setup BOOTPROTO=dhcp. How can I make them BOOTPROTO=none or static?
