How to create operator of operators

Is there a way to create operator of operators ?

We have created one operator for each service in our application but we need a way to deliver that to the end user as a package. For that we thought of creating a single operator that includes other operators so that end user doesn't need to install multiple operator for our offering. Have heard of OLM but couldn't find detailed steps to achieve the requirement.
