Issues with fence_ipmilan on iLO5

Hi all,

Unable to fence with this device on DL580 Gen10.
Errors do not give much information:
In fenced.log
Jul 18 21:59:34 fenced fence ie1p7xob1dinf-clusternode1 dev 0.0 agent fence_ipmilan result: error from agent
Jul 18 21:59:34 fenced fence ie1p7xob1dinf-clusternode1 failed

in /var/log/messages:
python: Failed: Unable to obtain correct plug status or plug is not available#012

Have enabled IPMI/DCMI over LAN in access settings on iLO.
Struggling to get this working and need some advice, would be grateful of any advice here.

Extract from cluster.conf ( hostnames, users and passwords commented out)
thanks for any advice ( have tried changing lanplus to 0 and 1 no change at all in behaviour
