Application ID or service ID in IPA, non-expire

Hi,
I found the following which mention how to create a service account in IPA. It was oringinally created in 2014. Does this work in the latest IPA?

I’m migrating an ID used by an application to IPA. We need it to have no password expiration or even lock. At the same time I also need another LDAP query only account for Radius to hook up to IPA for authentication.

Any suggestion?
