subscription-manager register fail after reinstall

I resinstaled my test system in order to have a clean install of all my 3rd party softwares , and impossible to register back that systems afterward.

[root@HiServer8335 user]# subscription-manager register

It reads : You must accept terms and conditions of red Hat Prior , please visit {0]. You should unlog and relog to custommer portal to accept terms and conditions .

I tried that ... and it still hang with that damned message.
Any hint ?
