Deploying OpenShift Container Platform from OKD

Hi,
I am helping a client to adopt OpenShift Container Platform and he wants to have a deployed Openshift in several weeks at latest. Are there any option to start without a final subscription or with a trial subscription?

As an alternative, I don't know if it could be a possibility deploying OKD and then migrate the workload to a subscribed Openshift Container Platform, or deploying OKD and then promote it to OpenShift Container Platform.
