broken link and missing documentation

documentation about go-toolset-7 [1] has wrong link. Currently content I see is

The Go Toolset documentation has been moved to a separate title Using Go Toolset.

Where "Using Go Toolset" is a link but the link is broken. Also link address [2] hints that this is beta documentation which doesn't make much sense to me.

One thing that needs to be documented but I don't see is how go-toolset-7 packages differs from go-toolset-1.10 packages. Both provide go 1.10.x so it is important to explain what is to be expected of each of those.
