Jboss EAP Content Directory

Dear,

I see there are two content directory in Jboss EAP Domain mode .
I need to know what is the difference between these two .
If i am doing any deployment which directory it will update.

EAP_HOME/domain/data/content and EAP_HOME/domain/servers/ServerName/data/content
