Using reply on a support case truncates long messages

Has anyone else noticed that when you hit reply in a support case for a long message it does not actually copy all content of the message you are replying to? For example right now I have clicked on reply and it only quoted 32 lines of that answer into my message field.
I'm not sure if this is something within my browser/corporate proxy/... or actually an issue with the customer portal (I'm using Firefox 61.0.1 64bit). Can anyone verify this? :)
