During a RHEL package download Firefox crashes and disappears

I have a self-support workstation subscription to RHEL. I understand that I cannot open support tickets, but how do I report a bug? May be I can't even do that.

I was at the RH Customer portal, and I started downloading the package:
xorg-x11-apps-7.6-6.el6.x86_64.rpm from the RH downloads page. Firefox asked me if I wanted to save the file. I clicked yes. After about 10 seconds firefox crashed and disappeared. No download took place.

There might even be a second bug here. As 'su' I executed the command:
yum install xorg-x11-apps-7.6-6.el6.x86_64.rpm
It came back with the error message:
No package xorg-x11-apps-7.6-6.el6.x86_64.rpm available.
How could that be, because RH customer portal -->tools allows me to select it for download.

Any help?
