VDSM command SpmStatusVDS failed: (-202, 'Sanlock resource read failure', 'IO timeout')

WE are using RHEV with 3 hypervisors and backend storage is Ceph using Ceph iscsi gateway . I can see this error in the RHVM Events .

can anybody share some thought , Due to this we are seeign lots of IO errors in the logs .
