add a new read write replica

Hello,
i have a Multi-Master Replication Platform with two server in read write .
I must add a new read write replica server with new Replication Agreements

M1 M2 old server
M3 new server

I have setting up the Replication Agreements between M1-M3 and M2-M3. The link M1-M2 is functional .

Also I don't know the order to Initialize Consumers ?
on which server should you start the action ?

Could you confirm me the order ?
first initialize the link M1-M3 on the M1 server .
After, M3-M2 on the M3 server .
