any way to get the packge list for rhel 7.3 eus

I can find Red Hat Enterprise Linux extended Update support for RHEL 7.3 under https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/70/ver=/rhel---7.3/7.3/x86_64/packages

but it seems that those packages are belog to a repository "rhel-7-server-eus-rpms", which is not specified for 7.3. It seems that this repository is shared for RHEL 7.x.

So How can I get the packages conveniently under https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/70/ver=/rhel---7.3/7.3/x86_64/packages?

And why does not have speicial repository for rhel 7.3 eus?
