scancodes from keyboard

First, I'am new on Red Hat and installed Enterprise Server 7.5 on my laptop.
With my desktop I login with SuperPuTTy.
Showkey -s --scancodes let me see what codes are behind keys.

My qeustion: Ctrl/F1 thru F10 gives the same value as F1 thru F10 and I need in my MicroFocus Extend runtime different values. The Shft/F1 trhu F10 give me other values.
