How to open Red Hat VM Appliance (ova)?

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded a Red Hat VM Appliance from the Red Hat website and made sure that SHA-256 checksum is correct.
(file name is rhvm-appliance-4.2-20180504.0.x86_64.rhevm.ova)
But, I cannot open it with any software available for me (VMWare Workstation, VMWare OVF Tool, VirtualBox, Virt-V2V etc., all the latest versions).
Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong and what should I do in order to open and use this Appliance?
